JOIN OUR FLWR CREW
Come design with us, by joining West & Rocks' FLWR CREW seasonally for our 2023 wedding season. We're pretty sure you already know we are NOT your average florist! We are looking to hire independent freelance florists for large floral production and event setup. We'll handle everything from buying flowers to the recipe writing so you can show up and get to business with all the FLWRS!

A creative artist/designer that is capable of constructing modern floral arrangements and large scale installations

SWFL based, preferably Fort Myers/Naples area

Work and create alongside lead designer, Brittany
-
Knowledge of plants, cut flowers and arrangements

Previous experience in floral design, but not required

Ability to identify quality of floral products and repeat floral designs for production

Ability to effectively & safely use tools and equipment that includes: floral knives and cutters, transport equipment, hand tools

Build/create floral arrangements/large installations for booked events

Able to execute floral assembly skills

This is a part-time position and requires a flexible schedule. The majority of the work will be during WEEKEND HOURS
